What will you do?

🔹You and the team draw up a concrete action plan to acquire new clients and also execute this plan independently.
🔹You schedule visits, go out and convince prospects of our added value.
🔹You build lasting relationships with existing clients and discover new needs.
🔹You track everything neatly through our CRM and make sure your team stays perfectly informed.
🔹You follow up on leads, negotiate with flair and close your deals with pride.
🔹You also attend trade shows and events to increase our visibility.

What do we expect from you?

✅You are a communicative daring person with commercial flair.
✅You think in solutions, not in excuses.
✅You work independently, but also like to work together.
✅You exude professionalism and tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
✅You speak fluent Dutch and can cope well in French.
✅You are fluent in digital tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Copilot).
✅You enjoy working in an efficient and structured way, using technology as an ally.
✅You have a B driver's license (and enjoy being on the road).
